Brazil Santos
Grown in the rolling hills of Sul de Minas, Brazil, this coffee comes from small to medium-sized family farms that have been cultivated for generations, typically ranging from 10 to 150 hectares. These producers work within one of Brazil’s most respected coffee regions, known for its consistency, balance, and naturally approachable profiles.
At 950–1,100 meters above sea level, the region’s mild climate, steady rainfall, and stable microclimates create ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. These gentle growing environments allow the trees to thrive and develop sweet, clean, and well-structured cups.
This coffee is processed using the natural method, where cherries are dried with the fruit intact, enhancing sweetness and body while preserving clarity. The result is a smooth, balanced profile that reflects both careful farming and favorable terroir.
The cup presents a clean finish with medium acidity and notes of mandarin orange and chocolate; an expression of Brazil’s signature balance between sweetness, softness, and structure.
