Bali Coffee Pods
Crafted for all K-Cup® compatible brewers, delivering a smooth, consistent cup every time with effortless single-serve brewing.
Grown in the volcanic Kintamani Highlands of Central Bali, this coffee is cultivated by small family farms organized under Subak Abian (SA), a traditional, community-based farming system rooted in Bali’s centuries-old philosophy of harmony between people, nature, and spirituality.
At 1,200–1,600 meters above sea level, farmers grow coffee alongside citrus trees in rich volcanic loam soil near Mount Agung. These high-altitude conditions, combined with sustainable, chemical-free farming practices, produce clean and vibrant coffees with a distinct sense of place.
Cherries are hand-picked, carefully sorted, and processed using Bali’s traditional wet-hulling (Giling Basah) method. This unique process, in which parchment is removed at high moisture levels before final drying, gives the beans their signature bluish hue and contributes to the coffee’s deep, earthy sweetness and syrupy body.
The result is a complex yet clean cup shaped by tradition and terroir, with notes of baker’s chocolate, orange peel, juniper, and molasses, reflecting both the volcanic landscape and Bali’s deeply rooted agricultural heritage.
